If you have questions regarding the shipping of your Time Capsule box, please send a message to us via Amazon. If you have questions regarding your media or newly digitized memories, please reach out to our support team by sending an email to support@capture.com. 

We are sorry that this happened, but we are happy to help! Please send us a message via Amazon and we will make sure to send you a new Time Capsule right away so you can complete your digitization order. 

We are committed to customer satisfaction, and we are happy to help in whatever way we can to make things right. Please reach out to our Customer Support team with any concerns you may have about your Time Capsule. If you would still like a refund, please request a refund via Amazon and it will be completed (if requested within the standard 30-day policy.)  

Yes! Your Time Capsule will contain step-by-step instructions on how to activate your Time Capsule, safely label and pack your media, and what to expect from Capture.  

Coupons on Capture.com and amazon.com are not the same and cannot be used on both sites. If you receive a coupon in an email, social media post, or SMS message, it will clarify if it is valid for capture.com or amazon.com.
