My Order Has Completed Processing

If you would like to return an unused Time Capsule, we will gladly accept a return of an unused Time Capsule with proof of purchase within 60 days of the original purchase date. You will receive a refund for the Time Capsule purchase price upon receipt of your unused, like-new condition, Time Capsule.

If you are not satisfied with the result of your processed order, you can return it for reprocessing within 60 days of completion, our goal is to reprocess to satisfaction where possible.
