The transfer price for your custom order includes a Digital Copy and MemoryCloud access, where you can view, download, order copies, and save your memories to Google Photos.
For video transfers, the price also includes videotape repairs (case replacement and ribbon splicing), mold cleaning, and PAL format conversion. For film transfers, the price includes cleaning, mold removal, splicing, and repair of any broken film; reduction of scratches, dust, and dirt on your film; and combining your film onto 7-inch plastic reels.
If you placed an order for a Time Capsule, shipping charges include the cost of shipping your completed order back to you.
If you placed a Custom order, The Pre-Paid UPS Label option includes a prepaid UPS shipping label to send your original media to YesVideo for processing. The Return Shipping is the cost of shipping the order back to you.
No, we ship using UPS Ground service, and UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. We will validate your shipping address using the UPS system, which will only accept shipments to a valid street address.
If you ordered a Time Capsule, your Time Capsule will be shipped to you from our processing facility within 2 days.
After you ship your order Time Capsule or Custom order to Capture for processing, please allow at least 5-7 business days or your order to arrive at our production facility. After you receive an email confirmation that we have mailed your order back to you, please also allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to arrive at your shipping address.
You can check your Order Placed email or sign in to your Home Movie and Photo Transfer account and look at the order details.
